About Wisemail

Wisemail was built with one goal: help professionals create a clean, branded email signature in under 60 seconds — no account, no payment, no friction.

How it works

  1. Enter your details

    Fill in your name, job title, company, phone, and website on the Details tab. The preview updates live with every keystroke.

  2. Choose a template

    Select a template from the Templates tab. Add a photo, pick your brand color, and add social media links if you want them.

  3. Copy and install

    Click Copy Signature and paste directly into Gmail Settings, Outlook, or Apple Mail. The signature is generated as HTML that works in all major email clients.

Why no account?

Most email signature tools require you to sign up, verify your email, navigate a dashboard, and wait for an onboarding sequence before you can create anything. We think that's backwards.

Your signature data never leaves your browser — nothing is saved to our servers. Open the page, fill in your details, copy, done.
