Privacy Policy

What data we collect

Signature content (name, title, company, photo, etc.) — entered by you in the generator, processed client-side only, and never transmitted to or stored on our servers.

Uploaded photos — if you upload a photo file, it is temporarily stored on our server to generate a URL for your signature preview. We do not retain these files beyond your session.

Anonymous analytics — we collect anonymous usage events ("Signature Generated", "Signature Copied") with no personally identifiable information attached. These events help us understand how the tool is used.

Server logs — our hosting provider may log standard HTTP request data (IP address, user agent, timestamp). These logs are retained per our host's standard policy and are not used for individual tracking.

Cookies

We use a session cookie (Laravel's default) to maintain your browser session. This cookie is strictly necessary for the application to function and does not track you across other websites. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Third-party services

We use Google Fonts (Inter) to render the UI. Google's servers receive a request for the font file when you load the page; Google's privacy policy applies to that request.

We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any other advertising or behavioural tracking services.

Your rights

Because we store no personal account data, there is nothing to access, correct, or delete. If you believe we hold any data related to you, contact us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days.
