Is Wisemail free to use?
Yes, Wisemail is completely free. Create and copy your email signature with no account, no payment, and no limits.
Do I need to create an account?
No account needed. Open the page, fill in your details, and copy your signature — all in under 60 seconds.
Does it work with Gmail?
Yes. Copy your signature from Wisemail, then paste it in Gmail Settings → See all settings → General → Signature.
Does it work with Outlook?
Yes. Wisemail generates table-based HTML signatures compatible with Outlook, Gmail, Apple Mail, and most other email clients.
Is my data stored on your servers?
No. Your signature details (name, title, company, etc.) are processed in your browser and are never saved to our servers.
Can I use my own photo?
Yes. You can upload a photo from your device or paste an image URL. JPEG, PNG, and WebP formats are supported.
Can I add social media links?
Yes. The Socials tab lets you add links to LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, and Facebook. Only the links you fill in will appear in your signature.
How do I install my signature in Gmail?
Click "Copy Signature" in Wisemail, then open Gmail Settings → See all settings → General → Signature → Create new. Paste your signature into the editor and save.
